At Ruby June’s we cater for every occasion whether it’s a small gathering or a big event we can customise a menu to perfectly suit your taste buds and your price range.
You can choose a buffet type menu with a large range of finger food or a selection of hot dishes.
All our dishes are handmade using only the best local fresh produce.

Triangular shaped pastries filled with delicately spiced lamb, chicken, vegetables, fish or crab. - Bhajis
Onion, butternut squash and cauliflower, carrot coriander and chilli, beetroot, spinach and potato or chicken and prawn. (All bhajis are gluten free.) - Green pea spicy Indian style fritters
These delicious morsels are very popular as the sweetness of the peas the heat from the chillies is a great combination.

Fish selection
- Curried salmon; chunks of salmon fried with cumin and served in our medium tomato based sauce
- Trio of fish; haddock, whiting and ling cooked in my special sauce with lots of fresh coriander
- Prawn jingo; prawns cooked in a sweet and sour sauce.
We can create your favourite vegetable dishes, just let us know what you prefer and we will cook it for you.

- Boiled, pilau, peas pilau, lemon rice.
- Breads
We handmake our own breads which include chappatti and patoori which is a special bread made with yoghurt and fenugreek leave and fried.
All dishes are served with tomato and onion salad, cucumber and mint raita, mango chutney and hot tangy tamarind relish.
